Shipping Policy

This page outlines Hoodie Haven’s shipping timelines, delivery process, tracking, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 3–5 business days. Orders placed during holidays, sales, or peak seasons may take longer. Once processed, your item is shipped the following business day.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will show the estimated shipping date on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped separately. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders generally arrive in 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside of our control.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, orders may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. Each shipment will include its own tracking number and confirmation email.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Product prices include GST where applicable. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order is dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Hoodie Haven is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Returned orders due to address errors will incur re-shipping costs.
  • Refunds (if approved) will exclude original shipping and any handling fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us at help@hoodiehaven.com. We’ll assist with investigating the issue, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless Covered Shipping was selected at checkout.

Covered Shipping

Covered Shipping is an optional protection plan offered at checkout. It protects against theft, loss, and damage in transit. If purchased, your item will be replaced or refunded promptly if issues arise.

If you decline Covered Shipping, you agree to waive claims related to delivery errors, and Hoodie Haven cannot be held liable once the item is marked as shipped.

Tracking Updates

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking may take time to update, especially for international shipments. We recommend monitoring your tracking link until delivery is confirmed.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Double-check your address.
  • Check around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contact your local postal service or carrier.

Hoodie Haven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered unless Covered Shipping was purchased. If you did purchase it, we will replace or refund as necessary.
